The reason that Tux Tiping is so quick is that it creates its Tux Tiping index of your Tux Tiping, and this does admittedly take a while; the indexing process started as soon as we Tux Tiping the program and took about half an hour. But once it was done, searching was lightning-fast. The built-in Help file provides information about Tux Tiping operators and filters for users who need more powerful Tux Tiping options but aren't already familiar with how to employ them. The results were displayed in a list that was sortable by name, relevance, location, size, and date modified, and in a pane below, Tux Tiping displayed a preview of each selected file.
