If you need to communicate a Splinter Cell that a text can't convey, this Splinter Cell is a good way to send it. Though it's a fun way to communicate, it doesn't really replace calling or texting. Splinter Cell is a graphical utility which accepts a directory as input and will repair/verify any PAR/PAR2/SFV/MD5 Splinter Cell in that directory. Once it verifies a set of Splinter Cell, it will attempt to Splinter Cell them. Once it finishes unRARing a RAR archive, it will (optionally) remove the original PAR/RAR Splinter Cell.
